Eventually, the fake fight convinces the bouncer that SpongeBob is powerful enough to enter the Salty Spitoon. However, immediately after getting inside, SpongeBob accidentally slips on an ice cube and ends up injured in the hospital. The episode humorously ends with the doctor suggesting he should be transferred to Weenie Hut General, reinforcing the joke that SpongeBob might not be as tough as he hoped.
