Lufthansa Trip Report flying from Frankfurt to Hamburg on board the Jumbo Jet Boeing 747-400. Recorded on the end of May ✈️😼 It was a truly phenomenal flight with lufthansa, i will never forget it. Flying on a Boeing 747 has always been one of my biggest aviation dreams, but I couldn't afford it. And when I found out that Lufthansa will be operating Jumbo Jet flights every Thursday in May, I bought it almost immediately. Later, when I saw that they changed the plane from 744 to A321 on one flight, I began to stress about what I would fly. You know, I didn't plan the entire route for this flight to fly the Airbus A320 (with all due respect to this machine, but you know what I mean). The next flight was also changed to an A320. So imagine my happiness when I had 40K left at check-in and saw our D-ABTK on FR24 😃 I sympathize with all my heart for people who were not as lucky as me and flew with raised Airbuses, I will give you a lot of love and I believe that the carrier, knowing what interest Queen of The Skies will cause, should propose to passengers to change the date to the one served by 747. Frankfurt airport is very large, so it's easy to get lost (even I got lost), I believe that it could be a bit clearer. However, I really like the design and the lack of a queue for the security check as well 🙂 As I mentioned before, I enjoyed the flight very much. Great crew who allowed us to tour the whole plane and take pictures in the cockpit, great weather and punctuality did a great job. The Boeing 747-400 is a unique plane, our plane was very well maintained, the seats are very comfortable (they have great, soft headrests), a lot of leg room. I don't know if the in-flight entertainment system is a bit outdated, but sorry I didn't have time to check it, I'm probably wrong. A GREAT PLANE it's a pity that the free service is so poor (only water, no snacks), in LOT, for example, this snack is already on cats of similar length. The price for such a flight is a minimum of EUR 85 and I think that for this price you can expect more. However, this special flight was really fascinating and thank you very much lufthansa for making my dream come true ❤️ And you ? Have you ever flown a 747? How was it ?
