The hardware is a radial layout based on the awesome work and analysis http://www.pjrc.com/teensy/td_libs_Oc.... The software was based on the great work done by https://github.com/hackrockcity (NYC Resistor plus a little bit of work by a few CRASHSpace/Disorient folks). We used a tweaked version of domeTransmitter and a modified BlinkyDomeSimulator, then ripped the UPD receiver out of the simulator and combined it into Processing movie2serial sketch. Most of the original integration was done by Naim and the twitter integration was added by Matt.
