Cleveland and Northeast Ohio weather forecast: Temperatures finally above freezing tomorrow

Wind direction plays a big role any time of the year if we want a warm up and with a gradual shift to a south wind--we'll do just that--start to warm up! Temps will flatline in the upper 20s this evening and even rise into the low 30s by Tuesday morning. We should head above freezing for the first time in almost three weeks tomorrow with upper 30s expected. A cold front will bring colder air back into northern Ohio Wednesday through Friday with a few lake snow showers Wednesday into Thursday. Our next system to watch arrives late Saturday into Sunday. We may start with some ice Saturday evening into Saturday night before warmer air switches us over to rain Sunday. The track of this low is still to be determined--so stay tuned to the forecast.
