Ingredients Pasta (spirally pasta or macaroni works well or any pasta) Unsalted butter 100ml double cream 100ml milk (semi skimmed or full fat) 1tbsp Salt Olive Oil (or any oil Of choice) 1 heaped tbsp plain flour 1tsp Black pepper 1tsp White pepper 1/2tsp paprika 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg (optional) Grated cheese (I used cheddar and mozzarella) Method In a large pot add boiling water Add a drop of oil (to stop your pasta sticking together) Add a sprinkle of salt Pour in your pasta and let it cook until al dente In a separate pot add a cube of unsalted butter Once melted add in your seasoning Whisk together and add in your plain flour Whisk together until you formed a paste Add in your double cream Whisk until thickened Add in your milk Whisk until thickened Add in a handful of grated cheese (I used cheddar for the sauce) Whisk together Add another handful of cheese Once sauce has thickened leave it on low temperature Get your baking tray and add in your pasta once water is removed Add a cube of butter in the middle of the tray Add sprinkle some cheese over (I used mozzarella) Give it a mix and sprinkle some more cheese Start to pour in your sauce covering all the pasta Give it a mix and sprinkle some more cheese on top Cook on 180degrees in the oven for 20-25mins Once removed your Mac n Cheese should still be moist
