My Outlets Stopped Working! - On the Job Troubleshooting and Repair

My customer had outlets that weren't working. I found the problem quickly and was able to fix the problem. The problem came as the result of poor wiring practices which is most often seen in DIY jobs, but can also be done by Handymen and Electricians from time to time. I show how I found the problem and the solution. I am a Residential Journeyman Electrician, Administrator, and Business Owner.
