The Rotator our modular in-line leak testing solution for testing flexible MAP packages. The machine is able to test from 20 up to 120 packages per minute. This is a non-destructive testing solution, testing according to the vacuum decay method (ASTM F2338). The machine in the video was made for a customer who wanted two Rotators that can both test 80 packs per minute. In total, the machines will test 160 packs per minute within the production line. The video tests paper boxes to show how it works, but this in-line solution is intended, and will eventually be used, for flexible MAP packaging. Interested, or want more information?
