I discuss some of my sleep issues, and give my opinion on some of the popular techniques out there that are proposed to give you a good nights sleep. Just because some of the things I talk about didn't work for me doesn't mean it won't work for you or your kids. For the ambient music and the progressive muscle relaxation, I play the music on a stereo while I lie in bed. My stereo has a sleep timer option after which it turns itself off. I put the music on repeat for about 3 hours. For the noise machine, that is usually left on all night.
