Baking bread with 50 year old equipment

Over 50 years ago, I bought two machines to help me make nutritious whole grain bread. I developed a business that I called "Nutritious Delicious". I taught classes in whole wheat bread baking, where I went from grain to bread in 90 minutes. I taught these classes in Community Colleges, Fairs and Nutrition classes at a Massage school. I also taught them in homes and health-related offices. It was very well received. When I got my degree in Natural Medicine, I changed my business name to For The Health Of It. This equipment served me and my family for many years. Bosch has a new version of the mixer (no longer has the blender attachment) And I believe there are similar grain mills out there.
