🌄 Horsley Hills – The Ooty of Andhra Pradesh Horsley Hills, also known as Horsleykonda, is a charming hill station located in the Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh, about 160 km from Bengaluru and 120 km from Tirupati. Nestled at an altitude of around 4,100 feet above sea level, this peaceful retreat is often called the “Ooty of Andhra Pradesh.” The hill was named after W.D. Horsley, a British collector of Kadapa district, who built his summer residence here in the mid-19th century to escape the heat of the plains.
