Nigrelli TP 40 Tray Packer and FlexWrap CM Shrink Bundler - Food Cans - BW Integrated Systems

The Nigrelli TP 40 Tray Packer is designed to load loose, double-high stacked cans of tuna onto trays in this application. As the cans are fed in, they are staged for loading while tray blanks are placed into the flight system. A servo loader then pushes the product onto the tray. The flaps are sealed with hot-melt adhesive and compressed as the trays discharge and transfer to the Nigrelli FlexWrap CM Shrink Bundler. Once filled, the trays are moved to pacing conveyors to ensure consistent spacing between products. The trays then proceed to the infeed conveyor of the shrink bundler, where they pass through a film web, and the film is cut to the appropriate length before entering the bundler oven. After being shrink-wrapped, the trays are cooled with a fan as they discharge from the system.
