Instead of a traditional plug-in hybrid, the new Grand Wagoneer EREV uses a 3.6-liter V6 engine solely as a generator to recharge a large 92-kilowatt-hour battery. The wheels are driven entirely by electric motors, delivering 647 horsepower and 620 lb-ft of torque, and launching the SUV from zero to 60 in five seconds. This setup is essentially borrowed from the Ramcharger, though Jeep’s version will be a bit slower off the line and likely weighs over 6,000 pounds. While Jeep hasn’t revealed the electric-only range yet, it claims a total driving range “upwards of 500 miles.” A rough estimate puts the electric range potentially near 200 miles. The refreshed lineup drops the entry-level Wagoneer and now starts just under $65,000, while the fully loaded Summit Obsidian tops out at about $97,000. The EREV variant will arrive later in the rollout. Revised styling, including a new front bumper, sleeker grille, and a full-width rear light bar, gives the Grand Wagoneer a more modern look heading into 2026.
