What's the fuss about FUS - Part 2: How effective is FUS?

I have recently started with focused ultrasound and I am not an expert on this topic. However, I have during the upstart process asked myself many questions. I have made this presentation in the hope that the answers I found migth be interest also to others. Even if I consider FUS to be a valuable tool, I believe that the enthusiasm over this new cool tool has sometimes led to a somewhat too positive view and I will here attempt a more critical evaluation. In the first part we looked at what FUS is and how it’s done. In the current part we will continue with indications, results and complications, before we end with part 3 where we will deal with some general questions regarding this new therapy, such as economical considerations, logistics, patient population, how many FUS-machines that are needed and such.
