Hey Guys, This is a video going over a Synthesizers.com modular I put together for Andy Welchel to work as a expansion unit for his vintage 1972 Moog 1C modular that I restored two years ago. The original owner of this modular bought a empty cabinet with the intention of filling it but it never happened unfortunately so that's where this Dotcom system comes in. In this adventure, I build a couple of custom modules and modify different arts of this system to make it a bit more like the moog with hardwired normalization harnesses and jacks as well as build a improved Minimoog Voyager VX-351 along with a Moog Interface module to allow the Dotcom and moog system interface with each other without tuning or triggering issues. Here is a playlist for the restoration of the moog 1C for those who may be interested: • Vintage Moog Modular BE SURE TO CHECK OUT ANDREW'S CHANNEL HERE: / @electro-classicorchestra1585 Here is his newest album called, "Bach Rewired": / bach-rewired Special thanks to the Following: Thanks Andrew for giving me the opportunity to build this system, this was a very fun project and nice change from my daily synth restorations. Thanks to Synthesizers.com for the absolutely fantastic support during this build. The time between my orders and shipping were shockingly fast even on parts I was expecting to take a while to get. I had a few questions and answered them via e-mail within a days time. Also a huge thanks to John and Sky at Accel Graphics for the help with the VX-351 labeling, really appreciate you guys fitting me into your busy schedule. Thanks to all of you that watch my videos and support my channel here on YouTube, wouldn't be following my passion if it were not for all of you. Sincerely, Jareth
