All shots from my round at Builth Wells Golf Club in Mid-Wales, on March 30th 2024. I'd played earlier at Llandrindod and after a quick puncture repair, I still had time to try and get another round in at Builth before the weather turned bad again. Fortunately there was a free slot so paying the very reasonable price of £18, I was comfortably on the course before noon on a Saturday. Nestled on the Western side of Builth Wells, the course is predominantly parkland with several quirky holes heavily featuring the river Chwefri that is a significant factor in the course. The course was in good condition overall, a little damp in places but considering the rain we've had over the last 6 months, it held up well and above all, it was open and on proper greens. There are several standout holes but you can watch to make up your own mind on those!! I played pretty well considering how tired I was and managed a handful of birdies that really helped the card. It was a great partner to the course I played earlier - quite different in character but I really enjoyed my round here in Builth Wells.
