Shwetha Srivathsan’s journey into inclusion began at home, guided by her daughter Aditi’s diagnosis in 2008. Her path evolved from tax consultant to educator, advocate, and storyteller. With formal training in inclusive education and over a decade of hands-on work with autistic children and teens, she has helped schools rethink what truly inclusive classrooms can look like. Her belief that inclusion begins with awareness led her to co-author Dhwani, a practical guide for teachers, and to train more than 700 school leaders across India. Through her parenting podcast, Not That Different, she amplifies stories that challenge assumptions and highlight the strengths, creativity, and diversity within neurodivergent communities.
