In this live review, I'm going to take a look at another beer from the El Segundo Brewing Company, and it's their Steve Austin's Broken Skull Double IPA. This is a Double IPA that is brewed with Citra, Centennial, Chinook and Cascade hops. It's WrestleMania 39 weekend, and to celebrate the occasion, I'm going to drink and review the latest collaboration between "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and El Segundo. I really enjoyed the Broken Skull IPA, so I have high hopes for this one. Let's hope it's delicious! Commercial Description: What you're looking at is a little treat me and the guys down at El Segundo Brewing Company put together for ya. It's a double dose of what ya love, cause, why not? Y'all deserve it! You can think of this as the big brother to the single IPA. This beer adds centennial to the lineup to give it more citrus and juicyfruit punch. We kept the malt bill simple with 100% Rahr 2-Row. Dextrose is added in the kettle to dry the beer out. Cheers!
