Scissors Leap – a flexibility and coordination drill for TeamGym and gymnastics! This exercise develops leg strength, flexibility, and rhythm by alternating the legs in the air. The continuous movement variation trains fluid coordination and timing, while the one-leg-at-a-time variation builds controlled extension and stability.
