Remove the flavor chamber by using your metal pick tool located underneath the top lid of the IQ. Gently insert the metal pick tool and lift the flavor chamber out of the IQ. Remove the lid of the flavor chamber and carefully remove the O-ring. To clean the heating chamber, open the bottom lid of the IQ and use the metal pick to remove all material inside the chamber. Use the chimney brush to sweep the inside of the bowl. Once the heating chamber is free from debris, use a Q-tip dipped in isopropyl alchohol and swab inside of the bowl and around the pearl. Use an isopropyl alchohol wipe to clean the loading area and pearl. Allow to dry and perform a burnoff cycle before the next use. To perform a burnoff cycle, turn the bowl on precision temperature control mode and turn temperature all the way up. Run for two minutes, turn off and allow to cool. To clean the exterior of your DaVinci IQ, damp a DaVinci cleaning cloth with warm water. Wipe down the exterior of the device and allow to dry. Use isopropyl alchohol pads to clean any other heavy residue in the IQ. DO NOT USE SOAP OR HOUSEHOLD CLEANERS. Finally, gather all pieces in a small glass or container and submerge completely. Leave overnight and rinse with warm water. Allow to dry and then reassemble.
