Application: The Teraflex performance leveling kit fits all 2007 – 2017 JK Wranglers, with two separate kits for either a two or four door model. The kit is designed to address the rake stance of the factory suspension, in which the front of the Jeep sits slightly lower than the rear. Most leveling kits address the stance issue by simply providing rubber spacers that are used with the factory springs. The thickness of the rubber spacer provides the slight lift in the suspension to level the stance. The Teraflex kit replaces the factory springs entirely, with new taller and stiffer springs to create the needed lift to level the stance. Construction: The Teraflex performance leveling kit provides new springs for the front and rear of the Jeep. The front springs will provide a 2-inch lift and the rear will provide a 1-inch lift. In addition, the kit also includes longer sway-bar links for the rear, allowing you to relocated the rear sway-bar links to the front, for the added length to accommodate the lift in the front and rear of the Jeep. All four springs are linear coils and painted in a gloss black powder coat finish. The replacement sway bar links for the rear have serviceable grease boot, to allow for easy maintenance. Installation: The installation of the leveling kit will require the similar steps involved with other lift or suspension work. The work can be more involved than an entry-level modification, but can still be done with basic hand tools and directions.
