My baby girl is five months old and according to sleep expert/consultant Alanna McGinn of Good Night Sleep Site, she's around the ideal age to start sleep training. Josh and I are still unsure if we're emotionally ready to take on the challenge but our baby girl is showing all signs that she's ready for a good night's sleep.
