How to create a Collage ATC Using Scraps of Paper and Stamping

Artist Trading Card for the OFB ATC group. The challenge was Collage.. I made a "master board" of collage art that I used to cut down to put on the card. It took about 45 mins to make the master board out of 8.5 by 11 inch paper foundation. This is a great way to use up all of your scraps and to just relax and have fun with paper and stamps...
