Composers and musicians control the Fokker organ by improvising live via a laptop with pre-prepared presets or by performing a complete composition. Others play directly on the 31-tone keyboard of the organ or use the Carrillo piano instead of the Fokker organ. Due to the temporary closure of the Muziekgebouw to the public until mid-June 2021, this concert can now be viewed online. All performers were given one or more days to work with the Fokker organ. The result was recorded on video at the end of their last day in May or June. This concept offered the opportunity to see the musicians at work up close. The idea was to film the performance in such a way that it would resemble an action movie with a smartphone, something that would never have been possible with an audience in the hall.
