Dylan Dreyer meteorologist at NBC, here at The TODAY show. 20250804. i'm back at testing VID filters/reverse engineering codecs for my own use only. Here i'm trying to lower chroma almost to darkness while "reflecting" 50% darkness to create lower reflective portions of clothing , in particulars brought whites while not causing uneven or blotchy, bleeding colours elsewhere. i'm careful as to not push it to the point that clothing is too sheer just see silhouettes of lovely figures. BTW that's why the whites seemed to not have detail at the start even though no longer bright white, but more detail [silhouette of legs] at the end as i test as i go and about 2/3rds in settled on certain settings. ◙ DISCLAIMER:: NOT original over the digi-air transmission, filtered to present beauty, banter and barometrics. Therefore certain outfits might appear as more risqué, Please enjoy all three with the utmost respect, the level of beauty presented does not lower ones worth as long as one is collecting intelligence to wrap into wisdom for present and future adults to benefit from. 7day forecasts only appear for a sec, but that was not the case with the live transmission. I leave in a few secs. of forecasts and WxMaps in case such info is privatized, one can still find a specific dates WxInfo. ◙ DISCLAIMER II:: I, NBC or the people in the clips are not responsible for editing that leads to sentence fragmentation and/or creates a new sentence, specially the backwards portion (if any). The Benny Hill Skit where editing changes the phrase "HE HAS SHIPS ALL OVER THE WORLD" edited to "He [film cut/edited] shi--s all over the world" is an example of "incidental fragmentation", ... yer welcome lawyers, i just gave ya a new phrase to make money off of.
