For this cenobite build, you will need the perks Tinkerer, Hex Plaything, Hoarder, and Pop Goes The Weasel. Tinkerer will show you when a generator is 70% complete and it gives pinhead the undetectable status effect for 16 seconds hiding your red stain and you heartbeat for 16 seconds. Hex Plaything will give a survivor the oblivious status effect after the survivor is hooked for the first time, the oblivious status effect lasted until the hex totems are cleansed. Hoarder will reveal the location of survivors when they interact with a chest or an item within a 32-meter range of you, this will let you know if survivors pick up the lament configuration.
