9/11 in Real-Time with Phone Calls from the Towers

This video was made as a tribute to all the victims of 9/11 and uploaded on the 23rd anniversary of that fateful day, September 11, 2024, to honor their memory and make sure that they are not forgotten. It shows continuous amateur and news footage of the attacks on the World Trade Center on 9/11 from multiple angles and vantage points. The footage starts at 8:46 am when AA Flight 11 struck the North Tower of the WTC, until a few moments following the collapse of the North Tower at 10:28 am. This video also includes phone calls with transcripts (also in real-time) from the people trapped inside the Towers to convey more vividly what the victims went through on that day. Part of these recordings were censored by court order which is why some of the calls have the caller's voice beeped out. The footage includes both planes impacting the WTC as well as people falling from the Towers which can be very distressing to some viewers. Viewer discretion is advised.
