Tamiya TC01 Ep. 1: rear wheels and lights

Built this car a couple years ago and only drove it a handful of times. Didn’t take the body set as seriously as I’d like to have but this was my first Tamiya build. Now that I’ve built a few more cars of this brand, I’ve come to appreciate the attention to detail. Last time I drove it, I was testing a new set of wheels I put together for it and I crashed it. Total bummer as these wheels are extremely rare and nearly impossible to find. Luckily someone had a set in the UK. Snagged them immediately as they’re probably the last set in the world. Glad I got the light kit installed. Now I gotta get the spoiler and mirrors painted so I can complete this body set. I have more Tamiya projects and other brand equivalents so stay tuned! #tamiya #vintagerc #rcracing
