Canyon has only a single group of water sources and no way to filter the badtides easily off the map. That means I need to cap the water sources but I've learned my lesson the last time I was on this map and it will not be my primary focus. Instead I need to make a pond in the upper area for food security before cycle 4 and also get at least 1 large water tank, preferably 2, so that I can last through the badweather while I work on capping the water sources.
