I am just a guy who likes coffee enough to make a journal for it and decide to record it here. In this video, i am brewing with one of pour over coffee equipment. This method one of the most popular in coffee brewing technique and mostly found at slow bar coffee shop. This video i am brewing with flat dripper more accurately Torch Mountain Dripper which i was introduce from Kurasu Kyoto website and also i got the recipe from Kurasu Kyoto. I enjoy brewing with Torch Mountain Dripper, it really accentuate the sweet and acidity of Coffee Beans especially if you are using high quality beans especially light roasted coffee/single origin. Everytime i am drinking this, i feel like i am tasting the original flavor of the beans or what the flavor is meant to be and feel like i appreciate the effort of everyone in the process of making the beans, starting from growing until it was roasted. I also realize that as the brewer i am only making maybe half percentage or less but also important role in towards bringing out the flavor from the beans which easily be silent if not from the process of brewing it and hence it will be wasted. In my opinion, the pourover method is the most appropriate ways to bring out the flavor of coffee especially light roasted coffee. Just my thought. Sincerely, Karomatic Binary.
