The Osgoode Cup 2016, Undergraduate Moot - Final Round

This is the final round of the National Osgoode Cup Mooting Competition, 2016 between Kate Brklacich and Jenous Lorestani (Seneca College) versus Juliette Mueller and Rachel Abrahams (McGill University). The Osgoode Cup National Undergraduate Mooting Competition is an annual tournament run jointly by the Osgoode Debate Society and the Osgoode Mooting Society . It is intended to introduce undergraduate students to mooting, a form of public speaking common in law school. Held for the first time in 2005, this year will be the twelfth Osgoode Cup. The tournament takes place at the renowned Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This year, 106 teams from across Canada competed in the competition and were judged by law students, lawyers, paralegals, and sitting judges. These two teams are the top ranking teams after two days of competing and each team had to win 7 prior rounds before getting to this point.
