This is a (nearly) uncut gameplay session of MH1JP that I recorded the other day. I know that a lot of people are curious what it's like to play this game, and unfortunately most gameplay on YouTube is pretty heavily cut or, in my opinion, not representative of what it's like to just play the game on its own terms how you're "intended" to. So, I figured I would just record an entire gameplay session, from start to end. Recorded on a real softmodded PS2, I play on a Trinitron CRT-TV, with a splitter for component going to my RetroTINK 5x Pro for capture. I play off of a hard drive installed in my PS2. I played the game normally in this video, I didn't act differently thanks to the recording. Really the only things I did that I wouldn't have done if I wasn't recording is show off the Guest House a bit at the end. Also, I recently had to delete my NET file to test something, meaning that I lost all of my Friend's List. It used to be nearly 10 pages long, in this video it's only 2 (but now I've managed to get 3-4 pages). Slowly working on refilling it! Apologies for the connection errors - this is not the fault of the private server, I just have shitty internet lol.
