An information webinar hosted by Geovation, spotlighting the Autumn 2025 Open Call for the GeoTech and PropTech tracks of our award-winning Accelerator Programme. This session is designed for startups leveraging location, or land & property data to tackle pressing real-world challenges across diverse sectors. The first half of the recording introduces the programme’s structure and application process, featuring insights from alumni founders from Limmi and SpaceD, who share their experiences and growth journeys. The second half transitions into a Q&A session, where the Geovation and HM Land Registry teams respond to questions submitted live by attendees. Topics covered include: 🔍 Application & Eligibility 1. Do I need to have an incorporated company to apply? 2. Can foreign or Scottish-based startups apply to the programme? 3. Is being a solo founder detrimental to the chance of being accepted? 💸 Funding & Investment 4. What makes up the £20K funding, and is it based on progress? 5. Are there restrictions on fundraising or bringing in outside investment during the programme? 🧠 Validation & Product Readiness 6. What does “well-validated ideas” mean in the application? 7. Can I still apply if I’ve already built and launched my product? 🧭 Programme Commitments & Support 8. What are the time commitments, and can I keep a full-time job while participating? 9. If unsuccessful, can I still access support from the tech team? 🎯 Strategic Fit 10. Does my product need to align with Ordnance Survey or HM Land Registry solutions to be eligible?
