So… LEGO sent me a huge DPD “Express” box from the Czech Republic with $600+ in sets I never ordered. No letter, opened outer box, a footprint on top, and one Technic box totally crushed. I walk you through the full timeline, show every set (Hokusai: The Great Wave, Japanese Maple Tree, Spider-Man Peter Parker’s Apartment, Himeji Castle in a ready-to-ship box, Tranquil Garden, plus a damaged Technic car), and explain what I’ve done so far (contacted support, sent photos, waiting on a reply).
