#relaxingguitarmusic #healingmusic #forest You find yourself within a forest, where a pop-up sauna has appeared. A bard provides a relaxing soundscape for you, and you feel at peace. Flo Spa & Wellbeing (https://www.flowellbeing.co.uk/) hired me to provide music for their pop-up sauna during the Stowaway Festival. Which is a family friendly dance and rave festival in England, just behind the Silverstone race course. It's a very energetic festival with a lot of dancing and jumping around. This hidden wonder in the forest is a nice space for people to have a break. I played during the mornings and brought my music to the people coming in for their 90 minutes of relaxation. Playing in the woods feels quite natural to me, so to be able to do it while people were also there for relaxing felt good. There were big beanie bags to sink into and look up at the forest canopy, the hot tubs were heated by wood fire, and the smoke swirled up and away, a bar for cocktails and hot drinks, a cold plunge bath, an ice bath therapy session happening, as well as other meditations and sound baths happening all around the forest area. The sounds all blended into one another and created something unique and magic and felt like a true escape from the world.
