River Fishing For Tarpon And Bass It's summertime and it's raining like crazy! I'm still not sure this was a great idea but you gotta fish when you can. I definitely got pretty wet on this one. I still managed to catch a nice little river tarpon and a pretty big bass. Being able to do that is one of the coolest things about the area I live and fish in!
