Glen Sannox & the Saddle walk Arran with Inverclyde Ramblers

We set off into Glen Sannox on what was quite a wet morning with mizzley rain everyone was in good spirits and quite excited about climbing the saddle over into Glen Rosa, visibility was quite limited with the mountains enshrouded in the low cloud we followed the Sannox burn which was in spate through the glen then after a very short break at the foot of the saddle we started our climb , then we climbed up through the fissure which was pretty wet and slippy and was quite a challenge to some of us emerging at the top of the saddle, where we had our lunch stop the sky's brightened for a bit after lunch we headed off down into Glen Rosa on our way to Brodick which was the end of our walk ...
