MEATLOAF RECIPE​ IN VOL 3 COOKBOOK Ingredients Meatloaf 1.5 lb ground beef 2 eggs 1/2 sleeve saltine crackers (Zesta) 5-6 shakes worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 package onion soup 1/2 tsp. Badia roasted garlic powder Meatloaf Topping 3/4 cup ketchup 3 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. onion powder Mama's Meatloaf Mix all ingredients well. Place in a loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove and drain excess grease. Add topping on (recipe below) and bake for 10 more minutes. Serve!
