Welcome back to Part 3 of our Pokémon Emerald Rogue 2.0 playthrough, where we make our first full attempt at conquering the Elite Four, Champion, and Rival after earning all 8 gym badges across the first two episodes. ➡️ Watch the full Pokémon Emerald Rogue 2.0 playlist here: • Pokemon Emerald Rogue 2.0 | Roguelike Poke... After surviving the brutal 8th gym battle against Flannery, we’re forced to rebuild the team after losing three of our six Pokémon, putting us in a dangerous position heading into the final gauntlet of this roguelike Pokémon run. With the team rebuilt, we push forward and prepare for the biggest challenge yet. The randomized Elite Four lineup appears in the following order: — Drake — Phoebe — Glacia — Sidney After fighting through all four Elite Four members, only two battles remain between us and completing the run. First, we must challenge the Champion, Wallace, in what becomes one of the toughest battles of the entire playthrough. Even though we manage to defeat Wallace, the victory comes at a devastating cost — leaving us with only one Pokémon remaining on the team. That means our final Pokémon, Pawmot, must face our Rival, Wally, and his full team of six Pokémon completely alone. Despite an incredible effort, the challenge proves too great, and the run ultimately comes to an end against Wally and his Deoxys. While this first Emerald Rogue run doesn’t end in victory, we’ve learned valuable lessons about team building, risk management, and roguelike strategy — and we’ll be coming back stronger than ever. Stay tuned for Part 4, where we begin a brand new run and push once again for the ultimate goal: completing a full Emerald Rogue victory run. 💚 Huge shoutout and thanks to Pokabbie, the creator of Pokémon Emerald Rogue, for developing such an innovative and replayable Pokémon roguelike experience.
