Hiking from Namche to Everest View Hotel and Khumjung Village is a popular trekking route in the Khumbu region of Nepal. Namche Bazaar is already situated at an altitude of around 3,440 meters, so you should give yourself a couple of days to acclimatize before continuing the trek. The highest point on this route is the Everest View Hotel, which is at an altitude of 3,880 meters. There are several lodges and tea houses along the route where you can have lunch and make tea break. Everest View Hotel also offers lunch, but it can be quite expensive compared to other options. Khumjung Village is a picturesque Sherpa village that is home to the famous Khumjung Gompa (Samten Choling monastery) and the Hillary School.
