I had two songs I really wanted to play, which have been going on repeat over the last weeks. That's World's Apart by Guy J, and Let Me know by Nohr, who I just heard for the first time the day before this set. I think the songs showcase the variance in this set. It starts out as a somehow melodic energetic house set, with a lot of drive. I feel like the repetitiveness and the melodies from Guy J reminds me of "marching" in a explorative introspective way. On the other hand Nohr's song is truly melancholic, I just feel happy listening to this tune and I can't get enough. Balancing all this with some minimalistic organic house like hypnotic melodies, and some hard hitting bangers like Boris Brejcha's remix of Breathing means we're cover a lot of grounds in this set. Yet again, a lot of these songs make me feel really cool marching along, can't help it. Thanks again for following along! I'm enjoying seeing all your comments, and I do truly see all of them.
