Purchased Havells ss390es model on 4th June'23 ....but no estimated speed of 390 at all, two people ( not the technician , maybe sales guys ) from Havells visited my house on 10th June'23 evening , after the written complaint. They checked my fan & told me that , fan is perfectly OK & fan speed is also OK & try to convince me; that as per present Govt rules all co fans r star rated & 55- 60 watt fan can't deliver more speed than this . Then I told them to check / prove the fan speed is 390 RPM , in front of me with their devices ( RPM meter ) , then only I can believe the fan is working fine with the Co mentioned speed, but they can't & agreed to send a Technician on next day ( Sunday 11th June ) , as the technician will check the fan speed in front of me , but till time no one came . ( till 10pm 11th June'23 ). Meanwhile I got a call from local customer service & shared the KKG code against my service req & the lady told me that your issue is still on hold & not resolved.Such a fake reply / fraud sales & fake after sales service from a brand like HAVELLS , after repeated reminders , mails ,calls ,from last 9 - 10 days just now at 5,55pm 13th June'23 local service provider informed me that ( MB 7908391624 ), they got confirmation from HAVELLS head office , the mentioned SS390 es model can't deliver more speed ( where as at fan body - details clearly mentioned it is a 390 rpm fan ) & no need to send technician for this fan speed issue . Now my question is what a general customer does now !!?? as I have purchased the fan as per its speed mentioned by co & but no desired speed after purchasing the fan & no proper after sales service. Further reference to my unresolved issue of proper fan speed of 390 rpm : Model :SS390 ES ,,on 28th June"23 - wednesday - 1 gentleman from Delhi factory ; with 1 person & 1 technician visited my house & checked my fan speed via Digital RPM meter ,which is around 340 - 350 rpm ( not 390 rpm as mentioned at fan body ) ,,they took my fan for repairing or servicing & promise to resolve my issue .. Today on 29th June' 23 thursday at 2nd half ( approx 4.30 - 5 pm ) 1 technician came to my house & fitted the fan & tested the fan speed,,which is still 350 - 352 rpm (not 390 rpm ) with proper electricity load ( that has been checked by the technician also ) but not 390 rpm as mentioned by the co . Regarding Job 03072322878676 CRM:0061235 Further req raised to resolve my issue ,,as pending from 7th June'23 ,,after purchasing the fan on 4th June'23. My question is how long I have to wait ,,as the mentioned fan is in useless mode for the past 1 month. TODAY ( 12th July'23 )AT 2ND HALF MY FAN GOT REPLACED / CHANGED WITH A NEW ONE ,,SAME MODEL SS390ES ,,BUT MY ISSUE / PROBLEM REMAIN SAME ,,AS THE NEW ONE ALSO DON'T HAVE DESIRED SPEED OF 390 RPM . As I came to understand now that your ES model does not deliver 390 rpm speed & Havells co r selling fake / misleading products in the name of ES ( energy efficient ) models . I'm requesting to change my fan with any OLD model of SS390 ( 75 - 80 watt fan ), if there is any old stock available or with any other 400 rpm OLD model fan ( 75 - 80watt fan ) or refund my amount. It is quite unacceptable now that my issue has been unresolved for the last 1 month after purchasing a fan dated 4th June'23 . I have already logged a complaint to the National Consumer Forum regarding your fake product & pathetic after sales / service,,will surely go to Consumer Court if my issue is not resolved within a few days .
