As far as I understand the technology, the Coolwaves technology is designed to get deeper into the skin and effectively blast away fat cells, but it's also designed to target cellulite and to firm the skin as well. It's noninvasive, so it doesn't hurt. And it's a natural process for the eviction of the fat cells, because it goes out through the lymphatic system. So you're asked to drink lots of water and stuff afterwards, which I did. The handheld device isn't very scary. The tool is fine. It's actually a really nice treatment, no discomfort whatsoever. It is designed to heat up by the way of the process, but it's kept a close eye on. So, like I said, there's no discomfort, and it was actually quite a nice warming treatment. My therapist was lovely, nice to chat to, and it went super quickly. And at the end, I definitely noticed a result, even after one treatment. I know they usually say to have a course of these things, but my skin was firmer. And I had it round the buttock area. Definitely firmer, and there was a reduction in cellulite.
