Part 1 糸魚川真柏、針金整姿作業(前編) 秋の展示会に向けて! 【挨拶】 皆様、こんばんは、明樹園の大島でございます。 本日は、「秋の展示会に向けての準備」ということで 真柏のお手入れをご紹介いたします。 前編と後編の２部構成になってます。 どうぞ最後までお付き合いください。 【Greeting】 Good evening everyone, I am Oshima from "Meijuen". Today, we are saying, "Preparing for the autumn exhibition" We would like to introduce the maintenance of Shimpaku. It consists of two parts, the first part and the second part. Please stay with us until the end. 【樹の紹介】 1. 樹齢二百年近く経った糸魚川産の天然山取り素材。 2. 稲妻が走ったような、迫力のある舎利芸が、この樹の最大の魅力です。 3.今回はこの舎利芸を最大限に生かすように、仕上げていきたいと思います。 [Introduction of tree] 1. The tree is about 200 years old. It is "Yamadori" from Itoigawa. 2. Powerful "Shari" like lightning. This is the biggest attraction. 3. Making the most of this "Shari" art. 【正面を決める!!　足元が重要！】 4. 正面を決めていきましょう。 5. 今回は、今の正面よりも、足元の太さが得られる、やや左から見ることにします。 6. 大きさ、動き、力強さ、などを判断基準しています。 7. もちろん全体のバランスを見ながら決めていきますが、やはり足元が決め手にかることか多いです。 8. ただし、左から見ることによって、中央部の枝が正面にきて、奥にある見所の舎利が、隠れてしまってます。 9. 外すことによって、奥の舎利芸が見えてきます。 10. そこで、これを思い切って外していきす。 11. 幹筋がしっかりと見えるようになりました。 [Determine the front!!.] The root are important!. 4. Let's decide the front. 5. This time,I'm going to look at it from the left side, which gives me the thickness of the root more than the front right now. 6. Judgment criteria include size,movement,and strength. 7. Of course,I will make decisions while looking at the overall balance,but often the root are the deciding factor. 8. However,when viewed from the left,the branch in the center comes to the front,and the "Shari" of the highlight is hidden. 9. By removing it,you can see the "Shari". 10. Then,I will take this boldly and remove it. 11. The trunk and ”shari" can now be seen clearly. 【抜いた枝は、どうするのですか？】 12. 今、抜いた枝を、ヤットコで剥いて、神にします。 13. 水揚げの活発なこの時期に比較的容易に皮が剥けます。 14. 針金掛けの前に、枝の整理をしていきます。 15. 先端の元気の良い技葉を残し、後は、ハサミで整理していきます。 16. 二又にしていくことで針金掛け作業が楽になります。 17. ワイヤーブラシで掃除します。 18. 枝や幹に付いている古い皮を剥がしていきます。 [What do you do with the branches that you have pulled out? ] 12. I peel off the branches that I pulled out with plier to make it "Jin". 13. It can be relatively easily peeled off during this period when water supply is active. 14. Before the wiring, we will organize the branches. 15. Leave the vigorous leaf at the tip,and then use scissors to organize it. 16. The wiring process will be easier if you make two branches 17.
