Breaking the trend and being the first non-event, non-X series boss, it's Drill Man from Mega Man 4, our first Robot Master in the game. He's got a few new tricks up his sleeve, one of which is taken right from Tunnel Rhino. Adding more to breaking trends, Drill Man is also a boss chip we can get, although we don't get his trademark Drill Bomb.
