This Free Master Class was held on Friday 21st November 2025 to celebrate my 68th Birthday, my 55 years in the martial arts and being one year on clear of prostate cancer. Thanks to all those who attended and to all the wonderful messages I received. In this Master Class I covered 5 options following an inside bicep gunting off the Jab. Option 1. Cradle arm lock (under hook) Option 2. 3 Count punch combination Option 3. Horizontal / Vertical elbow Option 4. Arm wrench takedown (over hook) Option 5. Pick-up opposite arm - Cradle arm lock (as option 1.) All above can then be repeated on the opposite arm i.e the Cross There are 12 option I teach - 6 off the Jab arm / 6 off the Cross arm making a total of 12.
