Roupen Djinbachian on "Incomplete resection of colorectal polyps of 4–20mm in size when using a cold snare, and its associated factors" Cold snare polypectomy (CSP) is safe and effective, but data on incomplete resection rates (IRRs) are variable. This prospective single-center study employed CSP for all polyps encountered that were between 4 and 20mmin size and examined the IRR. CSP was highly effective for lesions ≤ 10mm; however, the IRR was 18%. CSP had a high failure rate for lesions of 10–20mm (44%) and, even when successful, the IRR was 21 %.
