The Part 2 of how a business family of Ludhiana was targetted by the then SSP Sumedh Singh Saini who later rose to become a DGP of Punjab, has been struggling with fortunes ever since the cop in Saini unleashed his unbridled terror against the family members missing till date. Ritesh Lakhi in this part goes on to examine how Sumedh Singh Saini allegedly manipulated the courts as a detailed analysis of the pace and delayed trial in the case involving kidnapping of the three members of Walia family namely Vinod Walia, Ashok Kumar and Mukhtiar Singh(driver) goes on to establish an unprecedented manipulation which has been time and again corroborated by some vital witnesses but have never been thought important or serious enough to be investigated.
