I guide you to gently scan your body, soften areas of tension, and wrap yourself in a warm, compassionate cloak infused with healing energy. This cloak dissolves stress, melts away discomfort and restores a sense of safety, balance and inner strength. A perfect session for grounding, emotional regulation, and reconnecting with your resilience and self‑compassion. What you’ll experience: • Gentle breathwork for emotional release • A full‑body check‑in to soften tension • The Magical Cloak visualisation for healing and comfort • A deep sense of containment, warmth and safety • A grounded return to clarity and inner strength Ideal for evenings, stressful days, or any moment you need to feel held, soothed and supported. During the meditation, you may notice everyday sounds around you — a doorbell, background noise, or life continuing as it naturally does. This is completely fine. Rather than resisting interruptions, you’re invited to allow sounds to deepen your experience, giving yourself permission not to attend to anything unless it’s truly urgent. You may wish to switch off your phone to minimise interruptions, while also releasing the need for everything to be perfectly quiet. 🧘♀️ Live session guidance: To help you fully immerse yourself, I suggest not messaging during the exercise itself. I’ll always allow 5–10 minutes at the end of each session for reflection, feedback, and interaction if you wish to share. If you’d like to introduce yourself when you join the live stream, please feel free — just remember to be respectful, as messages will remain visible on the uploaded video. 🎵 Music note: There is no background music during the session, so you’re welcome to play your own relaxation music if that feels supportive.
