Tplf (Tigray Liberation Front) created a constitution for the federal and regional government, targeting Amharas. Ethiopia was divided into 14, called kiflehager. It was not based on ethnicity or language. It was just a name given. Tplf created a map, dividing Ethiopia into 9 regions, fitting their political agenda with their counterpart Olf, aiming Amharas as a target. Amhara lands such as Wolkait and Raya were included in Tigray, Shoa, and many other parts were included in Oromia and Metekel to Bensgangul. Metekel, where Amharas are forced to leave by being targets of Gumuz and olf militias has been their own land for thousands of years. Tplf gave Metekel and creat a region named Benshangul. They wrote a constitution saying only 5 tribes are the owners of the land, making others, including Amharas, who owned the land, settlers in their own land. Now they are being killed in the most barbaric way. Most of them have been displaced. Their land and property are being given to Oromo.
