(30 ml) Barsol Pisco Quebranta 1/2 oz. (15 ml) Plymouth Gin 3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Cocchi Americano Bianco 3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) fresh lemon juice Basil garnish *COLD BREW CONCENTRATE Combine 1 part by weight coarsely ground coffee with 8 parts by weight cold water. Stir to combine.
